Make the most of the incredible contemporary art offering across Te Matau-a-Māui on October 19 by catching this free bus from Napier (outside the MTG) to Heretaunga Hastings to hear from Cindy Huang and see her new exhibition, 'Offering', at Te Whare Toi o Heretaunga.
The bus will then depart from Hastings Art Gallery at 12.15pm and head to Waipawa to see 'Paerangi: Waipawa', a unique exhibition of seven ringatoi Māori. Curated by Karl Chitham, and featuring Heidi Brickell, Zena Elliott, Tracy Keith, Neke Moa, Maraea Timutimu, Nephi Tupaea, and John Turi-Tiakitai, Paerangi will take place in a variety of non-gallery spaces in Waipawa town centre.
Bus schedule:
10.15am: depart from MTG Napier | 10.40am: drop off at Hastings Art Gallery
12.15pm: depart from Hastings Art Gallery | 12.50pm: drop off at Central Hawke's Bay Museum, Waipawa
3.30pm: depart from Central Hawke's Bay Museum | 4.05pm: drop off at Hastings Art Gallery
4.10pm: depart from Hastings Art Gallery | 4.35pm: drop off at MTG Napier
